Shipping Policy

Once you order the kit, it will be delivered to you within a week. You will be required to follow the instructions in the kit and mail us back your hair and/or blood samples.
All shipping within North America is free. Extra shipping charges will apply for orders outside of North America.
With in 2-3 weeks, you will receive your lab analysis and consultation notes from our specialists in regard to your results.

If there is a mistake on our end, we will provide a full refund.
Unopened testing kit may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please email us prior to making a return.
